Editing and Management

Updated today

Some QR codes allow for content editing. Even after printing or distribution, you can flexibly update the destination content without changing the QR code itself.

Additionally, as your collection grows, you can manage them efficiently by grouping them with labels or using the sort function.

1. Editable QR Codes

Depending on the type of QR code, you can edit its content, change the content type, and manage labels.

2. Changing Content Types

You can switch your QR code to a different content type.

Example: A QR code initially linked to an event page can be switched to "Text" type after the deadline to display a "Registration Closed" message.

3. Enabling / Disabling QR Codes

You can toggle a QR code between "Active" and "Inactive" via the edit screen.

This is useful for limited-time campaigns or temporary maintenance. Inactive QR codes will not display any information when scanned.

4. Deleting QR Codes

Deleting a QR code (and its analytics data) is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, existing QR codes will become invalid and show no information.

5. Sorting Options

Even with many QR codes, you can sort them by Name, Created Date, Updated Date, or Scan Count. Sorting by "Scan Count" lets you see at a glance which QR codes are performing best.

6. Label Management

Create labels from the side menu: Labels > Create New Label.

Labels can be assigned when creating or editing a QR code.

When to use: Tag by location, media (flyer, business card), campaign period, or a brief description. Labels make searching much easier as your list grows. We highly recommend using labels for efficient management.
