"Page Not Found" Error
Check your management dashboard to ensure the QR code settings are correct and that the code hasn't been deleted or disabled.
If you linked to a specific URL, verify that the destination page has not been deleted or set to private.
Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi
Check your dashboard settings to ensure the encryption method (WPA/WPA2, etc.) matches your router settings.
Verify that the Wi-Fi password is correct, paying close attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
An Outdated Page is Displayed
Your browser may be showing an old version of the page stored in its cache.
Please try clearing your browser cache or opening the link in Incognito/Private mode.
